Gewonde na steekincident André Severinweg [videobijdrage]
[Maastricht | maandag 29 december 2025] Zondagavond is een man gewond geraakt bij een steekincident in Mariaberg. Dat meldt de politie. Het voorval vond plaats in een woning aan de André Severinweg in deelbuurt Blauwdorp van de Maastrichtse wijk.
De melding kwam om 22:51 uur binnen bij de hulpdiensten. Het slachtoffer is per ambulance naar het ziekenhuis gebracht voor verder onderzoek. Over de aard van het letsel is niets bekend gemaakt. De politie hield ter plaatse twee verdachten aan. De omgeving was enige tijd afgezet voor onderzoek.

Victim injured in stabbing incident on André Severinweg [video report]
[Maastricht | Monday, December 29, 2025] On Sunday evening, a man was injured in a stabbing incident in Mariaberg, according to police reports. The incident took place in a home on André Severinweg in the Blauwdorp sub-district of the Maastricht working-class neighborhood.
The emergency services received the report at 10:51 p.m. The victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance for further examination. No information has been released about the nature of the injuries. The police arrested two suspects at the scene. The area was sealed off for some time for investigation.
